Patrick Donovan leads 74Software with a focus on strategic growth, financial discipline, and long-term transformation. With over 25 years of leadership experience in enterprise software and finance, he brings a sharp understanding of complex organizations and evolving business models.

A key architect of the group’s creation, Patrick previously served as CEO of Axway from 2018 to 2024 and as CFO from 2011 to 2018. He played a central role in Axway’s spin-off and public listing, and later guided its transition to a subscription-based, cloud-enabled model. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance roles in both public and private technology firms, where he led initiatives in M&A, audit, financial restructuring, and capital strategy.

Patrick holds a degree in Accounting from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Colorado. He is known for his steady leadership, clear vision, and ability to navigate organizations through strategic shifts.

Éric Bierry brings over 30 years of experience in information technology and financial services. As Deputy CEO of 74Software and CEO of SBS, he plays a key role in defining the group’s strategic direction and strengthening its culture of delivery and client trust.

He began his career in IT consulting, holding leadership positions at Capgemini and Polaris Software, where he was Vice President and Board Member. He joined Sopra Steria in 2011 and took on successive leadership roles, becoming Chief Client Officer of Sopra Banking Software in 2016 and CEO of SBS in 2021. Under his leadership, SBS has grown into a trusted technology partner for more than 1,500 financial institutions across 80+ countries.

A graduate of ENSIIE, Éric is known for his collaborative leadership style, strong execution mindset, and ability to build lasting client relationships. He brings to the group a pragmatic vision rooted in performance and long-term impact.

Tobias Unger serves as CFO of 74Software, where he oversees financial strategy, capital allocation, and performance management. He contributes actively to the company’s transformation agenda and long-term value creation.

With more than 20 years of experience in finance, banking, and software, Tobias began his career in M&A investment banking at UBS and Merrill Lynch. He later became COO of a Swiss private bank, where he led core functions including IT and operations. At Avaloq, he served as CEO of the Swiss business, driving the firm’s SaaS transformation. Prior to joining 74Software, he was COO of Sopra Banking Software and also advised private equity investors focused on European tech.

Tobias is a hands-on leader known for his financial rigor, sharp execution, and ability to steer complex organizations through change.

Roland Royer leads Axway with a focus on client success, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth across global markets.

With over two decades of experience in enterprise software, Roland has built his career at Axway, holding multiple leadership positions across geographies, including a significant tenure in the United States. This international perspective has shaped his customer-centric approach and ability to deliver consistent value across diverse markets.

Appointed CEO of Axway in 2024, following the combination with SBS, Roland brings a strong field presence and a deep understanding of client expectations. His leadership is grounded in close collaboration with teams and customers alike, ensuring that Axway remains a trusted partner for companies undergoing digital transformation.

Julia Siepmann is a results-oriented, commercially minded Global HR Leader with over 20-years of experience.  She excels in complex, transformational environments within technology organization including a global perspective from her work in Singapore and London, and managing large global teams at Teradata and Nielsen Analytics Portfolio

Known for her hands-on leadership style and commitment to execution, she is building a culture at 74Software of transparency and accountability. She is passionate about driving business outcomes through effective people strategies. Her ability to navigate ambiguity and make principled decisions has been a hallmark of her leadership approach.

Julia holds an MA in Management Studies from the University of Glasgow and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, is certified as an IHRP Senior Professional (Singapore) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (USA) and has furthered her passion for continuous learning at the London Business School.

Xavier Rebeuf serves as Head of R&D Operations at 74Software,  managing methods, tools and standards for all R&D activities. He also serves as Chief Product and Technology Officer at SBS Software, where he leads transversal activities in Support, Product Management, R&D, and Operations.

With 18-years at Sopra Steria group, and 9-years at Sopra Banking Software in both technology and business roles, Xavier brings a business outcome approach to software development and delivery.   He has been deeply involved in the development of SBS products, and now applies technology advancements like cloud computing and AI to the entire 74Software portfolio. 

Xavier holds a PhD in Computer Science from Universite d’Orleans

Yann Metz-Pasquier serves as Chief Strategy Officer of 74Software, overseeing corporate strategy, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives. He also serves as General Manager for the Digital Engagement business unit at SBS.

With over a decade of experience in entrepreneurship, software, and venture capital, Yann co-founded Upfluence, a venture-backed creator economy platform based in San Francisco. Prior to SBS, Yann worked at N26, a leading digital bank. He joined SBS in 2018, initially as Head of Corporate Development for North America, and later as Chief Marketing Officer.

Yann holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master's in Management from ESDES Lyon, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He is recognized as a Choiseul 100 Young Leader.

Philippe Buisson serves as Chief of Integration and Secretary of 74Software. He leads legal, IT, procurement and facilities, as well as driving the integration Program to develop 74Software into a portfolio company. 

Philippe has over 30-years’ experience with Sopra Steria and SBS, and has broad experience in leadership of banking software R&D, product management, operations and M&A.  He was deeply involved in combining Sopra Group assets and additional acquisitions to create SBS as a stand-alone software editor.

Philippe has degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from ESME.

Paul French serves as Chief of Staff at 74Software, where he works with the executive team to shape and implement the company's strategic vision and execution. 

With over 30 years of experience spanning sales, marketing, product development, and corporate strategy, across public companies, private firms, and start-ups such as Yahoo!, Sterling Commerce, and Axway. Paul brings a unique breadth of experience to the development of 74Software.

Based in the US, he has a Management degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.
